We’ve featured an Orton effect tutorial before on Photojojo. It’s a great way to enhance your pictures and salvage those slightly out-of-focus ones.

Photojojo reader someotherbob has created a video tutorial for a new method he calls “the 3 Layer” Orton effect. We always like to see people put their own spin on things.
