You may have already seen FOUND magazine editor and creator Jason Bitner’s new book of portraits from an archive of over 18,000 photos from a professional photographer in LaPorte, Indiana, found in a bunch of boxes in the back of a diner. But have you checked out the website with more stories of the people in the book, a history of the town and a “Where are they now?” section. As Jason put it in an email to me, ” It’s been pretty amazing to watch as people discover their own images and begin sharing their stories of LaPorte and what their lives have become… keep checking back every once in a while– the LaPorte project is just starting to get interesting…”
