Q: What size files are we dealing with here?

A: The Zumi has both Hi and Lo resolution setting a 1600 x 1200 image can be anywhere from 900-950KB and varies depending on the setting.

Q: What kind of battery does the Zumi take and where can I find it?

A: She operates on a CR2 3V Lithium Battery which you can find just about anywhere that sells camera batteries. Lithium batteries last MUCH longer than the average AA or AAA and the Zumi doesn't need much to operate on.

Q: Is the sound feature optional?

A: Yuperoni. You can turn it on and off quite easily.

Q: What's the deal with the image viewer?

A: Alright Seinfeld, it's all about the unpredictable charm of using a film camera. Hence the pop up "view finder" and optional settings to preview your photos after they're taken.

Q: What is a MicroSD card?

A: They're these super tiny memory cards that are normally used in cellular phones. Which is great, because that means you can find them just about anywhere and in all sorts of different sizes. The one we offer in the Zumi Kit is 2GB. Let's do the math, 1GB = 1,048,576KB and if each photo is 900KB, that's over 2,000 photos to fill 'er up!

Q: How do I upload from a MicroSD card?

A: Super simple, floppy disk. jk! lolz! It's actually a slightly less archaic method. Your USB port. Our Zumi comes with a MicroSD to USB adapter on top of the 2GB MicroSD card. Put the two together, and bam!

Q: Can you attach a strap to the Zumi?

A: There's a slot on the side to string a strap through. It's very similar to what you'd find on a cell phone. You know, where you snap on all of your Japo-awesome Hello Kitty charmz.
