Remember when all it took was a roll of film and a trip to 1 hour photo?

Now that we've gone digital, we spend hours in Photoshop, pore over 300 page camera manuals, and spend our life's savings on photo gadgets we don't even know how to use. We kind of love it, most of time.

But sometimes we wonder, what happened to simplicity? Where did the no pressure photo fun go? We think it's been hiding in this camera.

The Ultra Wide and Slim. It's got one button, takes one roll of film, and has one kick-ass super duper wide angle lens (22mm to be exact). It's a truly lovable little point and shoot camera with charming vignetting and killer contrast.

Plus it's so simple that it requires no batteries, making it so light and tiny you can take it everywhere. Just advance it by hand after each shot and use the lever to roll up your film for developing. Remember how that worked? Refreshing ain't it?

The Ultra Wide and Slim is a reproduction of Vivitar's old wide angle point and shoot -- even made in the same factory. It's gained a cult following since then, prompting remakes to bring back the charm.

Ahhh... makes us think of the days when we had to walk 10 miles, in the snow, barefoot, just to get copies of Leonard's Bar Mitzvah developed for Aunt Nancy in Wisconsin.
