The caddie uses the weight of your camera to stabilize shots for ultra-smooth video. Unlike its $800 counterparts, it removes shakes and jolts without a slew of complicated doodads.

It's designed in the shape of a scorpion: the single-piece stabilizer sports a curved handle on top that sloops into a sturdy base below. Place your camera on the base, secure the large thumbscrew to your tripod mount, and let gravity take over.

With a 6” gap between the handle and base, the caddie fits your DSLR set-up, no matter what lens you use. Depending on your mood, change the position of your camera by loosening the tripod screw to bounce between low-angle sequences or front-facing shots.

With a caddie in hand, you're set to bring your YouTube videos out of the stone age.
