All items can be picked up at Photojojo Intergalactic Headquarters in the Mission in San Francisco. (766 Valencia St, to be precise.)
After you book your rental, we'll email you with instructions for pickup. Generally you'll be able to pick up your item the evening before, or starting at 10am the morning your rental period begins.
Currently we do not have pickup hours on weekends.
You can drop off your rental at our HQ in the Mission in San Francisco. (766 Valencia St) We'd like to have it back by the next morning after your rental period ends.

Let us know as soon as you have an inkling that you may have to return your item late.
If no one has it reserved after you, no sweat! You'll just pay for the extra time used when you return the item.
If someone else has reserved the item after you, we'll ask you to make every effort to get it back in time so we don't have to let them down. And you may be accessed a late-fee $50 plus extra rental fees.

If we can get you started today, we'll write back ASAP. If we can't, we'll either refund your rental or start it on the next available date, your choice.
You're responsible for any damage to equipment you rent from Photojojo, so please take good care of our stuff!

Depending on the situation, we'll ask you to pay the cost of repair or replacement cost, whichever is less.
Some items in our inventory are exclusive and not yet available to the public. Repairs may be impossible and obtaining replacements for these items can be quite expensive, so please be gentle.
