Tirza - if you are wanting to display your photo it needs to be a jpg file
To post from Flickr:

1. Once photo is on flickr, select the picture you want by clicking on it
2. Above the picture, select the choice, “all sizes”  click on it.
3. Above the picture you will see “Available Sizes”  Choose either Medium or large.
4. Now scroll below the picture. Copy the #2 URL, the one ending in .jpg (You must use this url).
5. Paste that into your Photojojo post
6. Type [img]at the beginning of the url, no spaces, and[/img] at the end of the url with no spaces.
