Thanks! I love how you made the lights look like you have a scary old house! How many kids did you have? I had a party for 16 in my garage last year and this year I had a party for our Brownie troop which was 11 girls.

Swintime, great photos. I think a diorama of your daughter picking up the pumpkin and then holding in front of her face would be great. How is she feeling? I love the perspective on the last one! I would never have considered that -- excellent idea.

Marleymax, looks like you had a great Halloween! I love the photos. Your dog is so cute! My girls have a serious weak spot for dogs in costumes -- I'll have to show them.

We host a post-trick-or-treating "candy swap" here every year -- it's pretty laid back as far as parties go, but the kids go crazy. It's like the stock market! Sometimes the house is packed. Last night it started pouring during trick-or-treating, so not as many people showed up (they went home to change into dry clothes), but it was still fun! I'm always so busy though, getting ready for that, helping my girls with their costumes, and finding a costume for me, that I never get many photos. And last night I put my camera away early because of the rain and somehow never took it out again. I was tired! I'll post photos of our costumes soon though.

Superdewa- Very creative costumes! Awwwl, why didn't you have them take a picture of you?? I dressed up as a clown once for a carnival I put on in my backyard. I will post it so you can all get some laughs. :-) Katie still has a fever. It was 102 this morning. I think she will be better in time. I just hope my husband and I can stay healthy until then or get sick and get better before we leave! Should of bought the trip insurance on the plane flights!

I love it Swintime! 

Some friends took photos of me, but I don't know whether I'll ever see them. I do have one where you can sort of see me in my friend's glasses, but it's not much.

Great costumes Superd and Swintime! All I did was make my face bloody with some of my daughter's makeup but then soon washed it off after frightening a few young tricker-treaters. We had 10-12 screaming kids carving pumpkins, playing "pin-the-stem-on-the-pumpkin," tricker-treating, bashing bat shaped pinatas and playing hide-n-seek. Was a great time!

Well, I didn't dress up, nor did my hubby, but we got to walk around with his  son on Saturday night.  It was a very special evening because hubby had NEVER taken out his son (who will be 7 the end of this month) trick-or-treating.  It had always been his son's mother who got to do that.  I got pictures of them and hubby took pictures of his son and me. 

We had a great time, even though his son was finished visiting houses sooner than we figured he would.  Well, there's always 2011 (we get him every other Halloween.)

Jannarama, he's very cute. I was with friends for Halloween and the 3 yo son was done after 6 houses, there weren't a lot of kids out so he made a good haul.
